It was a gorgeous Spring evening on the Island. The chukars were plentiful and scared the stuffin' out of ya when you'd
hike too close by suddenly bursting
into flight. Suppose it scared them too.
Such a beautiful sky!
This was our first time seeing big horn sheep on the Island.
Headed back before it got dark...
The twigs watched this guy come up the hill right behind Paul and I. We
turned around and saw "him" on the trail! Good thing he eats grasses
and not branches.
A little too close for comfort...but totally cool.
